Annika Felder is an Austrian designer based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Her practice works at the intersection of creative strategy, graphic design and exhibition concepts, helping cultural institutions, publishers, organizations and artists communicate complex projects through narrative-driven design. Working across disciplines, the studio develops publications, exhibitions, websites, campaigns, visual identities and communication strategies.
APPROACH
At the core of the practice lies the belief that design is a narrative tool. In a time defined by an abundance of information, meaningful communication requires more than content-making. It requires careful curation, interpretation and a little bit of poetry. The studio’s work is guided by a clear, content-driven focus and a continuous search for new narratives, hidden systems and unexpected connections. Projects often engage with complex cultural, political or environmental topics.
To bring stories to life, the studio takes a holistic approach that spans research, concept development, art direction, design and production. By considering content, design, and medium as interconnected, each project is shaped to find its most effective form and reach its audience in a meaningful way.

BACKGROUND & EDUCATION
Annika graduated in 2018 from the Master’s programme Information Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven (Netherlands). The programme operates at the intersection of research and design, exploring how complex topics can be transformed into engaging visual narratives. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design & Photography at the University of Arts and Industrial Design Linz (Austria), where she developed her love for engaging with visual culture and using design as tool to share stories.
Building on seven years of experience in the Dutch design industry, working for design studios in the cultural sector, she founded her own practice in 2026.
